Meredith draws on 20 years of experience in business design, management, human-centered research, and strategic planning to design systems that unleash innovation. She has a proven track record helping entrepreneurial organizations realize their visions and catalyze their growth. Meredith has built a career path around her passion of delivering experiences and shaping systems to improve people’s lives. As a Global Director at Ashoka, the global pioneer of social entrepreneurship, she designed online platforms to scale social innovation; at a start-up spun-out of design firm IDEO, she built mobile services to empower individuals to make smarter health decisions; through the social arm of her Insights firm, she has trained foundations and non-profit organizations to identify strategic paths for impact at scale through iteration and real-world testing.
Meredith holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Wesleyan University.
