Loren has 25 years of experience in strategy, finance, and operations in healthcare, financial services and philanthropy and a life-long passion for transforming the experience of aging. Loren founded Transforming Care Partners to help organizations and leaders build sustainable business models and implementation plans to transform the experience of aging and serious illness care at scale. Prior to founding Transforming Care Partners, Loren was the Managing Director at the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation where she led a $40M annual grantmaking program in Health Care, a Chief Operating Officer at BlackRock, and Director of Strategy at BlackRock. Loren started her career at Ernst & Young in their Health Care Strategy Group.
Loren holds an BBA and MPA from The University of Texas at Austin, has volunteered in nursing homes since high school, and is the Chairman of the Board of Community Initiatives.
